Action in the district court for Hennepin county against Vern H. Olson, also known as LaVerne H. Olson, and Doris M. Olson, also known as D. M. Olson, also known as Doris Mae Olson, doing business as Olson Investment Company, on a note for $4,000, wherein plaintiff filed an amended complaint alleging conspiracy to defraud and seeking punitive damages. After a jury verdict for plaintiff for $8,000, plaintiff entered a dismissal as to defendant Doris M. Olson pursuant to a stipulation that she would transfer an equity of redemption in certain real estate to plaintiff. Defendant Vern H. Olson appealed from an order, Leslie L. Anderson, Judge, denying his motion to vacate the judgment entered against him, granting plaintiffs motion for the appointment of appraisers unless the parties agreed on the value of the real estate, and denying plaintiffs motion to dismiss as to Doris M. Olson.
